Changing or cancelling an order

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.  If orders are not available you will be notified by e mail (or phone) and you will have the option to wait until the item is available, accept a substitute or cancel your order.  Please note we cannot accept cancellations for products that have been customised or specifically ordered for you unless they are faulty- as described in our Terms and Conditions.

If you need to change details of your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please e mail us at sales@essexembroideryandprint.com or phone us during office hours on 01621786 686.  Please be ready to quote your e mail address, name and order date.

If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you'll need to follow our Returns Procedure in the event of returning any goods.

To check your order status, please e mail us or phone and we will respond – normally same day.  

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If your order is incomplete, does not arrive or the goods are damaged, follow our Returns Procedure or call us on 01621786 686.
